What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 25 for any product: 25 cups, 25 napkins, or 25 paper bags. Most printers require 500 to 1,000. You order exactly what you need, no more.
Can I order cups, napkins, and paper bags together?
Yes. Add any mix of cups, napkins, and paper bags to one order and check out once. You send your artwork a single time.
How do I place an order?
Submit your design or idea through the order form on our site. We review it and send a confirmed quote within hours. Once approved and paid, production starts immediately.
One File, Full Set
Can you make my cups, napkins, and paper bags match?
Yes. This is our One file, full set service, and it is included with every order. Send finished artwork for one product and we redraw it to fit the others, so the whole set matches.
Do I have to send separate artwork for each product?
No. One finished file is enough. We handle the resizing and layout for each product's shape, from the 360° cup wrap to the napkin and the bag front.
What if I don't have a finished design?
No problem. Tell us the occasion and what you're looking for, and we help you get to a finished design ready for print.
What file format should I send?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. High resolution (300 DPI or higher) is preferred for best print quality.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send proof photos of every product in your order before we run the full batch. You approve first.
Pricing & Fees
How much do custom printed cups cost?
Cups start at $40 for 25 ($1.60 per cup). 50 are $75, 100 are $115, 500 are $300, and 1,000 are $420. All prices include setup and full color printing. See the full table at cuplo.co/pricing.html.
How much do custom napkins cost?
Premium 3-ply napkins start at $30 for 25 ($1.20 each). Luxury Airlaid starts at $40 for 25. Printing is included and there is no setup fee. Full pricing is at cuplo.co/pricing.html.
How much do custom paper bags cost?
Paper bags start at $30 for 25 ($1.20 per bag) and go down to $0.45 per bag at 1,000. One-sided printing is included with no setup fee. Full pricing is at cuplo.co/pricing.html.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees on any product or any order. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are lids available for cups?
Yes. Lids are available as an add-on for $0.07 each.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does an order take?
Standard orders, for any product, are ready in 2-3 business days. Rush orders (next-day production) are available for an additional 35%.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the US. Local delivery to the NY, NJ, and CT tri-state area is a flat $25, and local pickup is available on request. Shipping rates apply for orders outside the tri-state area.

Printing & Quality
How are the cups printed?
A full 360° wrap around the entire 10 oz cup, not a patch on one side. Full color, no color limits, and no color-matching fees.
How are the napkins printed?
On premium 3-ply or cloth-like Airlaid stock, 4.5 × 4.5 inches. Print your logo, a monogram, event text, or a design matched to your cups.
How are the paper bags printed?
One-sided printing on a 4.5 × 8.25 inch white bag. Print your name, a monogram, or your matching cup and napkin design on the front.
What sizes do you offer?
Our standard cup is 10 oz single-wall. Napkins are 4.5 × 4.5 inches. Paper bags are 4.5 × 8.25 inches. Other cup sizes and materials are available on a quote basis.
Do you offer other cup sizes or materials?
The 10 oz single-wall cup with a full 360° wrap is our standard, ready in 2-3 business days. We also produce single and double-wall cups from 8 to 20 oz, PET plastic from 12 to 24 oz, and reusable stadium and frosted cups. Those are quote-based, usually run about a 2-week lead time, and carry some limitations. Plastic, stadium, and frosted cups are typically single-color.
